Pita Chips with Sea Salt
These baked pita chips are easy to make and the perfect accompaniment to most dips, salsas, and of course, your favorite flavor of Love & Hummus Co. hummus.
  • 6 loaves of pita bread
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Sea salt to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut the pitas into 8 wedges.
  3. Separate the two layers of each pita.
  4. Place triangles in a single layer on two cookie sheets. Drizzle with extra virgin oil and sprinkle on sea salt to taste.
  5. Bake until crisp - about 9 or 10 minutes.
  6. Remove and allow to cool then store in an air-tight container, or enjoy right away.
